small, but mighty too.
Born February 2008, in a basement suite in the quaint Calgary neighbourhood of Capitol Hill – when the real estate market was trending down – Jesse Coderre founded Point Real Estate Marketing. Over ten years later, PREM has won dozens of awards, worked with some of Canada’s leading residential developers and homebuilders and garnered some pretty incredible relationships along the way.
Our team is tailor-fit for today’s marketplace: lean and robust. We’re experienced and thoroughly collaborative – always leaning into a new challenge, poised and ready to work. Every new client project that comes through our doors is disseminated across our entire team, ensuring that the resulting deliverables are dynamic and chalked full of pride.

Why choose Point Real Estate Marketing?
We come from a school of thought that believes what we put out into the world matters, where the things brands say aren’t benign and fruitless but deeply impactful.
This is our wheelhouse, our happy place. At PREM, we make it a priority to remember that every person receiving our work is just that a person. Whether it’s a client or a prospective buyer, we know that we all make decisions led by emotions and then solidified by facts. When we communicate, we connect to a cause, and then we create.
Some of our most rewarding work has not necessarily been all glamorous or flashy. It has been work that is deeply meaningful to our team – work for organizations like Attainable Homes Calgary, Parkbridge Communities, Apex Developments, Canopy Lands, Excel Homes and Genesis Land Development Corp. We have the privilege – and the challenge – of helping brands hone their messaging to achieve maximum impact in a distracted and fragmented market.
We don’t behave like a traditional agency. We are scrappy, agile and always intentional. It’s why we started our own business in the middle of an economic downturn – so we could work with people we admire and produce work that is memorable and helps improve the way people live their lives. As a privately-owned small business, we have low overhead. There is no bloated structure here – the owner is part of the key team you work with, and we perform our best when the lines are blurred between your team and ours. When you succeed, we are successful. This has an important effect on how we operate. The team we’ve assembled will be here this year, next year and the year after that.
